Why not uninstall those extensions if you don't use them?
Disabling them shouldn't have any bad consequences but it might be more logical to uninstall them if they are not being used.
If concerned, test the update on a local PC server (e.g. WAMP or XAMPP). Export your site (backup with Akeeba), restore the site with Kickstart.
